  So impressed with Watersons! From a selling point of view, we received a realistic valuation of our property, pro-active marketing, professional viewings, prompt feedback from viewers, and honest, open discussions about what we needed to do to improve our chances of selling. From a buying point of view, we received weekly (if not more!) emailed updates on the progress of our purchase, and Helen was always available at the end of the phone for advice and reassurance. She liaised constantly with the buyers, sellers and solicitors to keep everyone in the loop and keep things moving. Above this professionalism, she was kind, concerned and caring when things weren't going quite to plan. Would not hesitate to use Watersons again and would recommend them every time, I had no idea before this how involved they are end to end.
